Match rules
(1). Competition Method : 5 vs. 5 (Team Play, 5 players per team with one back-up player)
(2). CGS Ruleset: Rounds: 9 rounds (Maxrounds 9+1 format): 9 rounds as Terrorists and 9 rounds as Counter-Terrorists per team
(3). Round Time: 1:20 minutes
(4). Counter-Strike, Terrorist will be decided before the match by having a knife round. Winning team gets to pick the side to start on.
(5). Victory Condition: The first team to win 10 rounds.
(6). In the case of a tie after regulation, 1 extra round will be played.
(1 round as Terrorists / 1 round as Counter-Terrorists per team) Extra Round restart money: $16,000
(7). In the case of a re-tie after 2 extra round2 as stated above, 2 more extra rounds will be played until the tie is broken.
(8). Official Maps: De_Dust2, De_Inferno, De_Train, De_Nuke.
(9). Only team leaders are allowed to use public in-game messages (messagemode1) within a match. The rule also applies when dead. Use of messagemode1 by any member other than the team leader shall result in a warning. Other team members must only use team message (messagemode2), while in a match.
(10). The player is only allowed to use keyboard, and mouse drivers.
(11). Shield is prohibited.
(12). The Server Master must record the process of the match in case further argument. SRCTV demos
(13). Approved Commands
1) Adjust_crosshair
2) Left Hand
3) A user can use Activate In-Game-VGUI Command (e.g left hand, adjust_crosshair etc)
4)Default skins must be used.
5)Boosting (stepping on top of own team player) is allowed in play.
6)Throwing grenades over buildings in all maps are allowed.
7)Any use of the flash bang bug will result in a warning at the minimum or loss by default for the offending team.
8)The gamma rate can be changed in the video graphic driver.
If disconnection occurs during a match
(1). If all the players cannot play due to an unintended, unforeseen accident such as server stoppage,
* Before the 3rd round starts: restart the match
* After the 3rd round starts: the score to that point will be admitted, but the final result will be ignored.
(2). If up to 2 all players are unintentionally disconnected, the round played at that point will be ignored.
Then the next round will be played after confirmation of all players* connection to the server according to the server master`s pause option.
(3). Protests can only be filed by the team leader.
(* If a player does not agree with a ruling, he/she can express his/her protest to a referee before the completion of a match. Any intentional refusal to connect to the match server can result in a default loss for that team with the decision to be made at the sole discretion of the referee.)

Unfair Practices Subject to Penalty
(1). Use of personal model/skins (including weapon skins)
(2). Use of personal map texture
(3). All cheat programs
(4). Use of map bugs in play (e.g. map swimming, auto aim, etc.)
(5). Use of unfair but available scripts (e.g. silentrun, attack+use, centerview script, norecoil script, etc.)
(6). The server master can and will check for the use of any unfair practice or script, even those not listed above, during each match.
(7). HLTV Proxy will join the game servers for Tournament Broadcast
* To test for HLTV flash bugs, players must follow the
directions of the server master or referees.
